border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I am so&amp;nbsp;pleased that I have lost weight and&amp;nbsp;I don't&amp;nbsp;even feel like&amp;nbsp;I have been on a diet. Obviously I was not eating like my usual self as&amp;nbsp;I was out of control but I was still eating delicious meals! I have done many a diet&amp;nbsp;- cabbage soup, master cleanse, Atkins etc and all of them made me really suffer (especially the master cleanse! Still can't believe I managed to do that - google it!) This has honestly been really easy to follow. I of course was tempted to cheat quite a lot but the fact that I had the food made and ready meant I knew what i was going to have and it was worth waiting for. Doing this blog and knowing that I had to do before and after pictures was a MASSIVE incentive! If I was about to reach for those crisps I knew that if I didn't lose any weight on the blog I would feel like I'd failed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; A long way to go indeed! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I have decided to do the&amp;nbsp;MY Food dinner only option. Basically this is just the dinner part of the New Body plan. I think I should be good on this plan as I am fine during the day and at work - its only when I get home the mammoth eating session begins! I'm also going to order a snack pack each week as I am going to be going to the gym loads and running in the mornings.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;I will keep you all updated on my progress each week and I am aiming to be 9.7 stone by New years eve! I went to Brighton with some friends. The first night was ok - we stayed in and had dinner at my friends house we were staying at - they all made a curry and&amp;nbsp;I had my Pasta&amp;nbsp;Arrabbiata. The curry did smell very lovely but we all ate the same amount of food in the same bowls so I didn't feel that left out. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The following morning we had breakfast together&amp;nbsp;- they all had toast and&amp;nbsp;I had my flapjack - my breakfast actually&amp;nbsp;seemed much yummier and more exciting than their boring toast! &amp;nbsp;We then all hit the town for some shopping and as&amp;nbsp;I have now lost 6 pounds I loved trying on all the clothes and everything looked so much better on me.&amp;nbsp;I had the excited shopping feeling again unlike my&amp;nbsp;usual shopping&amp;nbsp;emotional roller coaster&amp;nbsp;of frustration and sadness! I treated myself to a vintage leather jacket from a cute little thrift store called 'Snoopers Paradise' - and that's what it was! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Then came the night out! I decided I was going to have a few drinks as I am away on a mini holiday. I stuck to vodka, lime and soda as this has the least calories and had just lime and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;soda water between drinks. So I ended up having four vodkas in the end. I pretty much burned that all off as we were dancing all night!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;So it was actually quite easy to follow&amp;nbsp;in the end but the only down side is you do feel a bit awkward having to explain what you're doing but these are my very close friends so they were very good about it. The Moroccan Tagine was nice and hearty for a Sunday - although again my parents made a roast dinner and the smell was wafting through the house.&amp;nbsp;Maybe I will suggest a MY Food roast dinner type meal to have on&amp;nbsp;days like this. I have found it makes it more fun and more like a treat if you have a range of different teas to choose from as you then have lots of different flavours to treat yourself to. Here is my top five:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Green tea - a well known anti oxidant. It's&amp;nbsp;also supposed to speed&amp;nbsp;up your metabolism. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Lemon and ginger - I love this infusion. Zingy and fresh. Just got back from a massive workout at the gym and am now going to go up to my room for a pampering sesh! I think that because I have lost weight and am losing more I feel much&amp;nbsp;better about myself and therefore want to make myself look even nicer! The half way mark!&amp;nbsp;People have noticed a change already and&amp;nbsp;I have had lots of positive comments about how&amp;nbsp;I look. This is giving me a huge incentive to continue and stick to it. From just one week of eating only healthy, organic food my skin looks so much clearer and brighter. I also think the fact&amp;nbsp;I have not been eating wheat, dairy and very little salt means that my stomach is so much flatter as&amp;nbsp;I am not bloating. Tomorrow I will be doing my one week weigh in and I know its going to be a good result.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #666666;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #666666; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Tonight's dinner was the delicious Lasagna malanzana! Sunday - the day of lounging around in the&amp;nbsp;p.j's and eating food. Today&amp;nbsp;is a particularly cosy&amp;nbsp;Sunday as it is pouring with rain outside. Luckily&amp;nbsp;my meals have been quite hearty today with the French bean Omlette and Nutty rice and the Aduki&amp;nbsp;Bolognese The parents have made a lovely roast beef dinner! It smells amazing. My mother has left me a piece of beef on the side... I will be strong! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;My skin is looking clearer and I feel really good. Can't wait for another week to see&amp;nbsp;what the results will&amp;nbsp;be. Took me all night Friday and all day Saturday! Dusty, sweaty, heavy and stressfull! Could really do with some chocolate right now I am not going to lie...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The diet has been a really good thing to be doing whilst being super busy as it means I haven't had to think about what I was going to be eating. The calories have been enough for me to be running up and down stairs with boxes too so that's a plus.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Last nights dinner was great - Thai green Curry! I love take aways especially Asian food. So my Saturday night dinner felt like I wasn't missing out on a treat. It was delicious, filling AND guilt free (well almost guilt free... I ate it whilst watching the X-Factor shhhhhhh!)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I did something naughty..... I weighed myself this morning (day 5)... was meant to wait until Tuesday.... BUT... it said.. 11.1 and 3/4! The food is&amp;nbsp;actually&amp;nbsp;delicious and I am really looking forward to my vegetable masala tonight WITH poppadoms! That's way more exciting than my usual Wednesday night dinner (pitta breads with butter or beans on toast!) Never thought being on a 'diet' could be yummy too!&amp;nbsp;I am missing snacks a little - but that's because I'm so used to sitting and eating biscuits all day :/ could be&amp;nbsp;the reason I have put on a few pounds over the last few years. Taking on board the MY Food teams advise I have been drinking hot water with lemon to aid the weight loss - this seems to keep my snack cravings at bay a little.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;One or two of you&amp;nbsp;have messaged me asking how tall I am as 11 stone 4Ibs doesn't sound too big - well I am 5ft4 so this means I have a BMI of 27.1 which puts me into the overweight category. I received my box of all the food for the next week (very well packaged might I add) and I stored the products according to the instructions. So being on a bit of a weight loss mission myself at the moment, very much into my organic food and having a huge interest in nutrition I have jumped at the chance!
